Is there a free trial available?

Once you create a Coaches Junction account, you will be able to access all of our free content.

What is your cancellation policy?

Rather than cancelling your plan, you will be downgraded to our Starter plan, meaning you still get access to some of our content, but not the Premium or Third Party Referral System content.

How does billing work?

You will be billed when creating your account, your payment will then be taken monthly on that date if you have selected a monthly plan or annually on that date if you have selected an annual plan.

How do I change my account email?

To update any account information such as your email address or password, you can do so in the dashboard by clicking your user icon in the top right. You will then see a popup with your current information that you can then update.
